A Puglian favourite from Taranto: fresh mussels in a light, spicy tomato sauce with garlic, parsley, and chilli, served with crusty focaccia to soak up the broth.

A celebratory layered dessert of liqueur‑soaked sponge and silky pastry cream, finished with vanilla ice cream in honour of our 37th anniversary.
