A celebratory layered dessert of liqueur‑soaked sponge, and pastry cream, finished table‑side gueridon‑style and served with vanilla ice cream, in honour of Machiavelli’s 37th anniversary. With every order of this dessert enjoy a complimentary glass of Moscato.
