The night will be hosted by Andrea Corsi, one of Australia’s most respected sommeliers. Born in Tuscany’s Chianti region, Andrea has spent decades honing his craft and is known for his deep knowledge of Italian varietals and his engaging way of bringing each bottle’s story to life. Throughout the evening, he will share insights and stories as you explore Sardinia’s most distinctive wines, carefully selected in partnership with Quattro Mori.

Guests will enjoy a seasonal five-course menu, each dish thoughtfully paired with exceptional Sardinian wines. From delicate seafood to handmade pasta and classic Sardinian desserts, the menu highlights the best of the region’s cuisine while perfectly complementing the wines being poured.
