Celebrate Australian truffle season with a menu that showcases the ingredient in its purest form. The offering includes tagliatelle with truffle butter, scallops on a silky cauliflower purée, and delicate truffle profiteroles.

Dishes are available individually or as part of a curated truffle experience, complete with wine pairing and gueridon service. Featuring premium truffles sourced from Canberra and Tasmania.
